The service is very good, and the owner is nice too. The staff members are great, especially Renu ji, who gave me a facial massage. I found it very relaxing.
This is a very good studio that offers excellent services. The ambience is nice, and they maintain good hygiene. I love her hair color technique! It’s been 5 years, and I can’t imagine going to any other salon, not even a brand one.
I’m not happy with even the small services like threading and forehead. The staff member seemed uninterested and made me wait while she was busy trimming her nails. When I asked her to maintain the thickness of my brows, she didn’t pay much attention. She was too busy talking to her coworkers, and as a result, she ruined my brows. The service was poor for the price I paid. Even a street beauty parlor does a better job than your staff.
