The natives, who are fond of his culinary expertise, started calling M.S. Krishna Iyer "Ambiswami," thus making him the most celebrated culinary expert in Kerala. From assisting his father Sangameswaran to becoming a household name, the founder of Ambiswami Catering Services, Ambiswami left a legacy to be followed by his next generation. Sangameswaran, the father of Ambiswami, was his mentor. His father carved a name for himself at that time; he was a renowned cooking wizard and has handled numerous wedding caterings. By working alongside his father, it didn't take long for Ambiswami to perfect his culinary skills and earn accolades and trust from clients.
