I had a fantastic night at the Artic Hotel bar! The atmosphere was great, and the staff Himani, Riya, and Prabhas were really friendly and attentive. They also have a great drinks menu with options for everyone.

This is one of the worst hotels in Kochi. I was at their rooftop bar last week, and since the next day, I started showing symptoms of food poisoning. I’m on my way to the hospital to see a doctor while writing this.

Very bad experience. The cleaning was poor, the bathroom smelled, and it wasn’t well-maintained. I booked the room over the phone and confirmed free breakfast, but when we arrived, they said it wasn’t available and made us wait for confirmation. The AC wasn’t working properly, and dirty water came from the washroom. It's a very unhygienic hotel.
