Nice place with a charming old-school feel. The staff were very helpful and polite. My train was delayed, and I checked in at midnight, but they were still very accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with good facilities. The location is great, not too far from the railway station, and there's a petrol pump right across the road, which was really convenient for our road trip.

I had a really great stay at Ats Willingdon Hotel. The staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were well-maintained with clean bedsheets. They provided amenities like soap, shampoo, and a tea/coffee kettle. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi. There’s a restaurant on-site that serves breakfast and other meals. I stayed here with my family before going to Lakshadweep, and the hotel is very close to the Lakshadweep port. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. When I first checked the room, the sink was broken, but I thought it was manageable. Then, the intercom wasn’t working, so I had to go to the reception to get the number. There was an ink stain on the bedsheet, and I’m not sure how often they clean the beds or blankets because after sleeping there for one night, I got itchy all over my body. The receptionist even called me a day before my checkout to remind me to check out, not realizing I had one more day.

On the positive side, the other staff were nice and friendly. But the beds were uncomfortable, and the blankets were rough. They also wouldn’t give me an extra soap, only a soap and a shampoo. Overall, this hotel isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it.
