Nice showroom in Vasco. You can find almost any kind of shoes here. They offer flexibility in payments and trying on shoes. It's located in a central place, making it easy to visit anytime.

There is very little selection, and the prices are a bit high. We bought shoes, and the sole came off within just two days of wearing them. The worst part about this Bata showroom in Vasco is that the staff is not customer-friendly and has no patience to listen to us. The two-star rating is for the trust we still have in Bata, not for this particular showroom.

I didn't even want to give one star. The staff was very rude and unwilling to sell. They said items were out of stock just because they didn’t want to sell them at a discount. This was the worst service I've ever had at Bata. I've been a regular customer at Bata Pune, but this experience was terrible, and the staff was awful.
