We had an amazing experience with Bhagyashree Holidays on our first international trip to Singapore. They delivered exactly what they promised—great stays and excellent coordination between their teams in Singapore and India. I am really impressed with the Singapore tour package. I loved the destination Singapore is an amazing country to visit. It has incredible tourist spots and wonderful hospitality. I had a great experience throughout my journey, from the driver to the tour guide and everyone else who helped me explore the city. However, I would suggest improving communication and coordination with tourists. Also, I was expecting a better hotel stay, so that could be improved.

I had a very bad experience with this travel agent. Our South tour was terrible, and the agent didn’t provide a good cab or driver. When we asked for help during the tour, especially with the cab or driver, he refused. During the trip, our car's tire burst, and the driver didn’t even know how to change it. The agent also gave us very expensive deals. Please avoid making any plans with this agent.
