I had a fantastic spa experience. The front desk guy was incredibly friendly, possibly the friendliest person I’ve encountered at any spa. The therapists were highly experienced, and the ambiance was very pleasant. The front desk provided detailed information about the massages with transparency and honesty.

This SPA center is excellent for relaxation. The service is very good, and the rates are reasonable.
They charge 2300 to 2500 rupees for one hour, but they only apply oil for 30 to 40 minutes and rub a few times. You could easily do the same thing at home and save your money. Additionally, the staff doesn’t understand Hindi or Kannada, so communication is difficult.

I had a very bad experience today. The massage therapist was rude, and the massage itself was not good. There were no additional services offered. I feel like I wasted my money, especially since the front desk gave incorrect information to attract customers.
