I recently visited the CaratLane store in Trichy. The store ambience and jewellery collection were really good. The designs were beautiful and well displayed.

A special thanks to Subalakshmi for her friendly approach and good customer service. She was very helpful and made the visit pleasant. Overall, it was a nice experience visiting the store.

The collections were good, but the staff took a long time to complete the billing and seemed unprepared for managing online profiles and points. I suggest not advertising installment plans and points if the staff isn’t trained to handle them.
