The facilities at this bank are terrible. Last time, I deposited 5000, but the amount was deducted automatically. When I called customer service, they said to visit the branch. At the branch, they claimed they didn't know anything about it, so my money seems to be gone. I advise you not to trust this bank it feels like a scam.
