I have a serious phobia of rodents and live alone. After coming home with a fever, I saw a rodent running around, which triggered a panic attack. I stayed frozen in one spot for hours. I called several rodent services, but they all declined as their service hours were over. Only this service took the responsibility to help. The owner, Biki Shaw, personally came after hearing my panic-stricken voice. I am really grateful for their prompt response and humanity, especially on the doorstep of Independence Day. Thank you.
