Waste of time. Useless outlet with clueless staff. On top of that, the A/C is switched off, making it unbearable for kids and seniors.

Worst place to buy products. The sales executives are terrible and treat customers badly. Their way of communicating is awful. Overall, a very bad experience.

I bought pants and clothes, but the sizes didn’t match what was labeled. They refused to exchange them because too much time had passed. I ended up throwing away the clothes. Don’t trust their sizes if you’re buying for someone else.

They hike the prices and then offer discounts of up to 60%, tricking us into thinking we're getting a deal. Even a small top costs more than 500-700/- after discount! They have a good variety of clothes, but because of their pricing practices, I wouldn’t prioritize them. The discounts are not honest.

Poor service at Brand Factory Salem. We picked a jean that wasn’t tagged, and waited half an hour for billing. The kids’ jeans were overpriced at Rs 3000, so we tried to return it. They said no refunds after billing (even though their policy allows refunds within 15 days). We were forced to choose other products with limited options and ended up buying unnecessary items. Think carefully before visiting.
