I had a really bad experience at the alteration section. They always ask me to wait for 30 minutes but end up taking more than 40 minutes, even for a simple alteration like shortening pants. This happens every time I visit. If they continue with these delays, customers might choose to go elsewhere for alterations.

The reviews are paid, not genuine customer feedback. Don't buy here. Had a terrible experience with bad service. The staff at the billing counter and the watchman were rude. Prices are high, products are not worth it. They don't allow exchanges, and the collection's quality is poor.
