The restaurant is good, with a wide range of options like Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Chinese. It has a great ambiance and is spacious. It is a bit pricey, but it’s a great place for parties, birthdays, or promotions. The management is attentive. It’s a must-visit veggie spot in Thane for a special occasion.

Overall, it’s a very good pure veg restaurant, though a bit pricey. They offer a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Italian, Chinese, and Mexican. I enjoyed their kofta masala and ravioli. There’s plenty of seating, and the service is fast and good. However, parking can be a bit of a problem.

The ambiance is great, and the food is amazing. The chaats are fantastic, especially the Pani Puri. If you love tea, their tea is excellent. It’s good value for money, and I'll definitely visit again. It’s a perfect place for pure vegetarians like us.

I love visiting this hotel for their great food and fast service. The ambiance is nice. If you're near Viviana, you should definitely check it out. You can also order food online from Swiggy or Zomato. Prices are a bit high, but the quality and taste are worth it.

The manager was very rude and unprofessional. We asked for a carry bag for three or more parcels to make them easier to carry, but he refused and said there’s a fixed charge of 10/- for any baggage. This was unacceptable. He needs to apologize and improve his service standards.

The service wasn’t great. Prices are very high, and the food tastes just average. They also charge extra for Schezwan chutney or any sauce.

The service was horrible. The staff were rude and arrogant. I was there for a birthday dinner, but the person taking orders was very irritated, as if he was doing us a favor by letting us eat there. There’s too much hype about this place. The food was good, but the staff need better training.

The service was extremely bad, and the food was really disappointing. We had to ask for drinking water multiple times before it was brought. We ordered a medium spicy veggie dish, but it was way too spicy to eat. We couldn't even have a bite. I definitely won't return next time.

We had a very poor experience with hospitality and service. The staff were rude. We had to wait outside in the weather until all our guests arrived before we were allowed into the restaurant. If you want to pay with GPay, you have to walk to the counter, but if you're paying by card, they bring the machine to your table. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
