Very poor service. This is not an HP authorized service center. They sell fake HP products and only clean them without actually fixing anything. They charge 150 but claim they can't get the parts you need. It's a terrible place; don’t give your product for service here.

If you pay with a credit card, they will charge you extra, which means you end up paying the tax instead of them. Even though accessories are listed as free, they charge extra money for them.

Very bad service. I bought an HP laptop from Bharathi Computers, and after 9 months, I had a display issue. They promised a replacement but haven't provided it. They give good ratings to attract customers, but their service is very poor. Don’t buy HP laptops or products they only care about making sales and don’t take responsibility for issues.
