Jhama Chembur was one of my favorite places for sweets, and I'm happy to see a new outlet in Thane. I finally visited and had Chole Samosa and Chole Patties. I’ll definitely visit again in the future and buy sweets for home too.

We ordered Samosas from Jhama via Swiggy. The samosas were not fresh, they seemed re-fried, and the masala was bland. The outer cover was oily. The green chutney was kept in the fridge and had a sour taste, it was not fresh. I would not recommend it.

We ordered Gulab Jamuns, Malai sandwiches, and Jalebi online, but to our surprise, the box was well packed, but the Malai sandwiches were half-eaten. Even after sending them pictures and calling multiple times, they didn’t take any action. It seems like they don’t care about their customers.
