There is a lot of boasting about how every student in Thane and their parents must rely on Jyoti stores for their entire 10 years of schooling. They claim to cater to every requirement of school-going children. While this might be accurate, the quality of their products, especially in the non-book sections, falls below standard.

They do not have all the ISC books required. When asked, they responded, How are we supposed to know how many people will buy them? They also made a rude comment: Your child did not get admission anywhere, and now you are here. Their customer service is disappointing and disrespectful.
