The service on the first floor is terrible. The staff are rude and ruin the experience of eating here. I couldnt enjoy the food because of their attitude. They don’t even serve water quickly. I have noticed this twice in a month. I don’t want to come back again. This restaurant needs to focus more on service than just the food.

Don’t fall for the hype. The shop is just average. Everything is very expensive and too sweet, full of sauces and sugar. The guy at the entrance to the restroom is unhelpful and rude to kids. The restroom is in terrible condition and not well maintained.
