Our hotel has 38 Air Conditioned Rooms, in Single, Classic and Deluxe categories. Ample space for Car and Bike parking (cellar parking is also there). We have an elevator to reach the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of our hotel. A common area in third floor for having food together and for arranging small meetings.

The rooms are okay for the price. The room is spacious and has most of the basic facilities. The only downside was the bad smell in the bathroom. The property is located in the busy market area of Thripunithura, and there is a small parking space. The staff is friendly.

The building is new and close to the town, but there were hairs all over the bedsheet. The fan regulator only works on the 5th speed, and the AC remote's battery was dead. The maintenance quality needs a lot of improvement.

The rooms and bedsheets were full of stains and not cleaned properly. The pillows were in poor condition, and the floor wasn't cleaned well. Overall, the cleaning was very bad.
