Excellent service from Deepika She suggested a chocolate pedicure for my very dry feet, and the results were amazing! She is very polite and takes time to understand her customers' beauty problems. Great job

I made an appointment for a haircut at 3 PM, but I had to wait until 3:40 for a specific hairdresser. The receptionist, Chetana, told me I had to wait another 10 minutes, which was really disappointing. She should have at least called me before I arrived. It feels like she didn't care, which is not what I expect from a well known brand.
