The overall experience was wonderful, and we are very satisfied with our stay. The place is quiet and clean, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service was excellent, with great staff and a customer-friendly approach.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. We booked three family rooms 4 days in advance, but they arranged them in three different corners, far apart from each other. The management was rude and refused to refund the advance payment before check-in. There are better resorts in Sulthan Bathery with good facilities and the same price. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

A few days ago, I booked a room for one night. There are only 5 rooms, and they mixed families and bachelors in the same area. My room was upstairs, while the bachelors were downstairs. They started drinking and screaming, which scared my wife and kids. Instead of enjoying the night, we just wanted the time to pass quickly. In the morning, breakfast was very bad, with only one dish available. The pool is near the office, so there's no privacy, and both bachelors and families use it. The baby pool was full of frogs, and there was only one staff member at the office, so we had to go to him for everything. They charged us 5000 rs, and even for drinking water, we had to pay.
