I ordered food for a small gathering at home this week. Honestly, the quality was below average, even though the prices were high. The mutton biryani was not fully cooked and tasted awful. I’m giving 2 stars for timely delivery and good behavior, but otherwise, I would give 0 stars for the taste and quality of the food.

I am really surprised by how bad this caterer is. A few days ago, I confirmed my baby’s rice ceremony with them. Both the husband and wife came to my home, we sat down, and finalized the menu and the price. However, after a few days, I had to deal with family issues because my elder brother was unwell. When I called the caterer again, they refused to help. I had already invited my family, friends, and colleagues. The issue was that I didn’t give an advance payment. It seems like this is a common behavior from them they ask for an advance and then deny the service after charging high rates. The caterer’s behavior is very unprofessional, and they don’t care about quality or customer service.
