This brand is the worst. The salesperson made a wrong commitment, and no one takes responsibility for it. They refuse to resize a ring purchased from their store, and they won't even exchange it.

The prices are higher at Malabar compared to others. They advertise the lowest gold rates but add a 14% making charge. Avoid exchanging with them because they buy gold at the lowest rates, which ends up in a loss for the customer.

They advertise a special wedding discount on their signboard, but when you buy something for a wedding, they add terms and conditions saying the discount doesn't apply to you. It feels misleading. On the bright side, the staff is very polite and helpful.
