The designs are very good, and the prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I want to share one incident: after I made my payment, I accidentally left my credit card behind. About an hour later, I realized it and rushed back to the store. Thankfully, the staff had kept my card safe
The footwear collection at this Phoenix Mall store in Kurla is better than the one in Colaba. However, the sales staff seemed uninterested and more focused on their gossip. After I chose my shoes, I had to wait a long time because they were chatting on the phone. Since I wanted to pay by card, I had to wait for them to finish. When they finally handed me the shoes, they just put them in a single moisture bag and then into a used plastic carry bag. Each pair should have been packed separately in moisture bags. When I checked at home, I found the shoes were all compressed and ruined.
