The customer service is terrible. The salespeople are rude, which made us decide to shop somewhere else. Their poor service really turned us off.

Metro used to be great for both designs and quality, but recently, while the designs are still good, the quality has really gone down. It's not worth spending money on items that won’t last more than three months.
