I am fully satisfied with their service, and it's even better than the authorized service centers like Honda and TVS. They follow the proper procedure, such as taking the bike, testing it, and clearly explaining the problem to us.

I had heard good reviews about this workshop, but I was disappointed after giving my bike there. The problem wasn't fixed properly, and even the braking wasn’t good. I'm not sure if they can handle bigger issues with two-wheelers.

This is the worst service center in Trichy. My close friend recommended it, but I’ve given my vehicle for service there 5 to 6 times. Every time, they take at least 2 days to service it. Even after they call to say the vehicle is ready, when we arrive after 2 hours, the vehicle is not ready. They ask us to wait for 5 minutes, but we end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes. During this time, they don’t provide any chairs to sit. There is no proper customer service; they only seem interested in collecting money. If they don’t care about customers, how can they care for our vehicles? I strongly recommend avoiding this service center.
