The customer service is the worst. They speak angrily, behave poorly, and are very disrespectful. Don’t choose Moona Overseas; it’s a waste of your money and time. They act like they’re rich but treat everyone poorly. I traveled 45 km and when I arrived, they kept saying "tomorrow" with no response. They have bad manners and waste your time and money. Please don’t waste your time here choose another option.

The service and behavior are very bad. The people there are only focused on making money. Don’t recommend this consultant to anyone, as they lie and waste your time, especially if you’re working in the Gulf. Please take this seriously and avoid their services. Everything mentioned here is true.
