The service was terrible and ruined my son’s birthday party. I asked for a refund, but there's been no proper response. Their customer service is the worst, and they don’t care about their customers. Don’t order for birthday parties. My son’s birthday was a few days ago, and I’m still waiting for my refund, even though I paid for the cake immediately when I ordered. Very, very poor service.

I had a bad experience with this cake. It was dry and had only a very thin layer of cream, which made it hard to eat. Although the cake looked good, it was a big disappointment for the birthday function.

The staff behaved poorly. The plate wasn’t washed properly and smelled bad. When I told the staff, he said there was no smell. I took photos and videos of the issue and will send them to the food safety team.

We’ve been regular customers for the past three years, but this year was the worst experience. We ordered and paid for a fondant cake but received a cream cake with a cardboard on top and just a single layer of cream. We couldn’t even cut the cake. They used to ask for feedback before, but now there’s no response, even after we complained. The 3k cake was unworthy and irresponsible.
