One of the oldest Pantaloons megastores in Kolkata, it’s quite popular and gets a good number of shoppers. They have a wide range of good products and many brands across different categories. It’s a must visit for quality shopping, and the location is very convenient and easy to reach.

Pantaloons is an excellent store for clothes for all ages, with a wide range of men’s collections. They also have a good food section. The shop has been recently renovated and now offers a great selection of ladies’ and kids’ clothing as well. They also have household products. There’s parking available with their own parking space.

The stock is excellent and well organized, with helpful and polite staff. There are plenty of varieties and a good range of lifestyle products. They have great offers and discount coupons, plus an online app. The ambiance is super cool, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.

It’s a decent place to hang out. I visited 15 days ago and was really disappointed with the behavior of the male salesman. They need to hire more educated and friendly staff for sales, or it might not work out well.

They couldn't handle the puja rush at all. Even though the employees were great, the billing counter took 30 minutes to process everything. We didn’t buy much just items from BIBA. They had some good collections, but overall, I would prefer Shoppers Stop.

The billing process was extremely slow, not because of a long queue, but because the OTP took forever to arrive. Only one person was handling billing for three floors, which shows poor service at the mall. Plus, the shirt I bought wasn’t folded properly.

It’s very disappointing to say that the service at Pantaloons and Titan has become so bad. I bought a Titan watch from Camac Street, but when I went to the Titan counter for an alteration, Mr. Shubham Bhattacharya refused to help because I didn’t buy the watch from their store. I also spoke to customer service, and they said the same thing. As a customer, I believe I should be able to get service at any Titan outlet.

The staff are very ill-mannered, especially the ladies. They laugh at customers. Today, when an old lady in the kids' section had trouble understanding the sales girl, the other sales girls laughed loudly and made fun of her. It seems they laugh and mock customers behind their backs. This behavior is very disappointing for a big brand.
