Good morning! I went for bridal makeup at the Thillinagar parlour, and it was really nice. I have dusky skin, and they selected the perfect shade for me. I would like to thank Sangeetha ma'am, who wasn't present at the time, but she guided her staff to make sure the makeup was perfect. Thank you

I got my haircut and hair colour streaks done by Depu sir. It was my first time colouring my hair, so I was a bit nervous, but he assured me it would turn out great. He explained the whole process clearly and kindly. I loved the result Overall, I’m very happy with the service from Depu sir and Pretty Queen. Thank you

Customer service is very poor. We had an appointment for a haircut, but they refused to do it because they were busy with another client and made us wait a long time. They also don’t offer extra services during an appointment, only what was specifically booked.
