The service was poor. The coffee and tea were bad, and the breakfast wasn't good either. There were leaking taps, and the drain was clogged. The toilet didn't have any tissue. All of this in the deluxe room.

The rooms are average, and the food wasn't very tasty, but it's okay. The hotel needs better maintenance. I ordered from the menu, but some items weren't available. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the rooms are a bit small.

I stayed there for two days and was really impressed with the service. I'm sure it will be even better once the restaurant renovation is done. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was professional and helpful, especially when they assisted me in returning an item I had left behind. I would definitely recommend it to any business traveler.
