Great store for everyday needs with reasonable prices. Limited parking available for both four wheelers and two-wheelers. Overall, a nice shopping experience.
There’s not enough parking space. However, they have a good range of groceries, stationery, and especially vegetables and fruits.
Good ambience and spacious. They have almost everything for household needs, and the service is good too.
It has almost everything you need, and the staff are friendly.
It’s easy to access, close to my place, and very reasonably priced, especially for vegetables and fruits.
There’s no contact number for the store. I paid Rs 3500 and asked for home delivery at 10:00 AM. It still hasn’t been delivered, and there are vegetables included. No one is available to contact.
No price updates, and offer stickers stay the same even though the offers aren’t valid at the cash counter. There’s a long queue during busy times because there aren’t enough staff at the cash counter, and there’s no proper space to line up. Prices here are higher compared to other Reliance stores.
Please increase your staff during busy times instead of reducing it. With only 2 counters open, customers have to wait a long time for billing. This happens every time, and today you said it’s because management has reduced staff to just three people in the store.
Extremely poor service. In the afternoon, they keep only one billing counter open even though there is a line and additional staff available.
The staff is not courteous, arrogant, and untrained. Very disappointed.
