I had a haircut on October 20th at the Shevapet branch in Salem. Mala provided excellent service, and I had a great experience. The staff were all very good.

I do not recommend this place. The prices are low compared to other options, but the customer service and execution are poor. The hairstylist didn’t ask for my opinion on the style or length of the haircut. They did it quickly and left without showing the final result. They were more focused on taking photos of their work than on the client’s needs. Improvements are definitely needed.
