Shopping at Shree Shivam was an amazing experience. The staff and everyone there were very welcoming and helpful. I’m extremely happy with the service and collection.

These people are scammers. They returned my clothes without altering them, even though they promised to. The prices are excessive, and the salesmen are rude. Avoid this place.

The staff were unprofessional. We bought expensive items for a wedding, but when we asked for a mid range cloth for a short event, one of the staff made us feel like we were not important.

Please train your staff to better assist customers. Despite the large store and wide range of stock, the staff seemed unwilling to show dresses. I asked not to see a particular pattern, but they showed it to me in 9 different dresses. It felt like they were trying to irritate customers. It’s frustrating to pay for parking and then deal with untrained staff lost among piles of clothes. I didn’t like the attitude, no matter how good your collection might be.
