They are cheaters who take advantage of poor people. They don't follow rules and regulations. Don't join this company because after your interview, they ask you to join immediately. But once you join, they tell you to serve a 1-month notice period if you want to leave. They also claim they will follow the same rule for employers, but after 2-3 days of joining, if they are not happy with your work, even during the training period, they terminate you immediately and don't provide the proper salary.
