Value for money accommodation. I spent a night here after reading several positive reviews, and it was worth the money. The rooms and bathroom were neat and clean, but a bit small for a family. It's very close to Ernakulam North railway station. You can't expect more for the price paid.

You need to use steps to reach the lobby from the street, which can be an issue if you have luggage. The room boy wasn't helpful with my luggage and avoided assisting me. There was no refrigerator or restaurant. Coffee powder was not available, and only one bath towel was provided. The mirror wasn't cleaned, and alcohol is prohibited in the building.

The hotel is near the railway and metro stations. The room is a bit small but clean. The staff made noise at night while we were sleeping, which was not acceptable. Online food deliveries are easy, and there are also some restaurants nearby.
