I have been buying silver articles from them for over two years, and I am completely satisfied with their service. I recommend them for silver items. If they don't have something in stock, they will arrange it for you.

I introduced my cousin to buy an item from this shop. It wasn’t available right away, so she had to order it. She paid for 22-carat gold and was told it was KDM. However, when we checked it at another jewellery shop, they told us the gold wasn’t pure and suggested exchanging it. When we went back to the shop, the owner confirmed it was bought from them but refused to give us more than 80% of the gold’s value, causing a loss for my cousin. Another issue is they don’t give bills, even if you ask. I don’t know how many others have been cheated like this. We regretted trusting this jeweller. I won’t go back to him and won’t recommend him to anyone. Be careful when dealing with this shop.
