The stay here was amazing. The customer service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. When I checked in, I realized I had left my luggage on the bus I traveled on the night before. I went to the reception, and the staff member was very friendly and eager to help. Another employee took me to the travel office, which was about 3 km away, on his scooter. I got my luggage back and returned to the hotel safely and happily. I forgot to ask their names, but thanks to the team for being so kind and helpful.

The rooms we were given weren't very clean. There were stains on the bathroom walls, the paint was peeling, and the bedsheet and pillow didn't look well-maintained. The room was spacious, but it wasn't kept in great condition. On the plus side, the location is convenient and close to major places in Vijayawada.

They don’t clean the rooms daily if guests stay for more than one day. The blankets and bed sheets weren’t washed, and I found stains on the blankets, which were very dusty. I wouldn't recommend this room.
