The price is very high and not negotiable. It's a fixed rate.

No proper response. If you can't respond well, then just close the shop. The staff only asks for books when they should be studying. They say it's available, but when you call, they don't give a proper answer. They attend the call but then say it's unavailable. Even after calling again, you get the same reply. Don't trust this shop you won’t be able to buy anything. Nobody answers the phone. Waste of time.
