I placed an order for an event over the phone and received confirmation. A week later, I followed up to make sure everything was on track, and they confirmed it was. However, on the day of the event, I was told no preparations had been made.
They explained that since I ordered over the phone, they couldn't process it. Instead of informing me earlier that phone orders weren’t accepted, they blamed me for the issue, which was their fault.
While the food might be good, I can find that elsewhere. The main issue was the lack of communication and poor customer service. I was extremely disappointed.
