One of the best hotels in town. The reception staff was friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. It was well-maintained by the team. The restroom was spacious, clean, and very good. Extra amenities were provided, including a wall-mounted fan in addition to the AC. They also provided lockers in the cupboard. The food was tasty, and the Wi-Fi had a good and decent speed.

During our recent business trip to Calicut, we stayed at Welcare Hotel, expecting a comfortable experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Although the hotel looked nice from the outside, it had many problems. One room had a broken AC, making it very humid, and the fan they provided didn’t help. In the other room, there was a rat problem, with rats attacking the coffee supplies. Also, the hotel’s close proximity to a sewage system caused a terrible smell in our room. These conditions are unacceptable for any hotel. We urge the management of Welcare Hotel to fix these issues quickly to avoid disappointing future guests.

The socket repair needs a lot of improvement, and the socket panel is coming out of the board. The TV isn't working, and there's water leakage on the wall, which is causing a smell in the room. Otherwise, the service was good, and the receptionist was friendly.
