Today, I visited the 5K Nungambakkam branch and had a great experience. The staff handled everything well from booking to finishing. Special thanks to Remina, the front end executive, who explained the offers and gave helpful suggestions. Kudos to her and the whole team for their hard work.

I had a terrible experience washing my black Fortuner at 5K Car Care. I chose the ₹799 package, but the service was really bad. They didn’t clean the car's interior, not even the dashboard. The staff only talked about their packages and didn’t listen to my concerns. I recommend washing your car elsewhere.

I was not satisfied with the service. After paying, I didn't receive a bill. They promised to send a message but didn't, so I had to call them. They only sent a photo of the bill via WhatsApp. I expected better from the 5k Nungambakam branch. Without a proper bill, I can't accept paying under unclear conditions. I'm very unhappy with the service.

I highly recommend this car care service. I consistently entrust my car for washes here. The cleaning is excellent, and they also maintain good communication with the customer. Giving it 5 stars is not enough to express my satisfaction.

I am completely satisfied with the overall experience, which was thoroughly fulfilling. The staff demonstrated extensive experience and professionalism throughout. I opted for a full wash along with an anti-fungal treatment for my CIAZ, and I highly endorse this service to everyone.
