Their customer service is terrible, especially for cat services. Booking an appointment is pointless because they don't stick to the schedule. I booked for 2 pm, but they only showed up at 3 pm. On top of that, it took them over two hours to finish nail cutting, hair trimming, and bathing. They aren't professional in cat grooming at all. If they don't take your pet at the scheduled time, you should tell them you won't pay for the service.

I didn't get to eat anything. I waited for 15 minutes, but no waiter came to help me. I had to leave because of that. When I wanted to complain at the front desk, there was a child sitting there. I didn't expect this from this restaurant chain. I'm really disappointed because I'm leaving hungry.

The food is very average, and they often don't have what we want. I used to come here before, and it was okay, not amazing, but now it seems like things are getting worse. The person who served us was nice, but if we asked other staff members for help, they were not interested if it wasn't their table. I'm not happy dining here anymore.

The food is just okay, but the service is terrible You have to wait for a really long time. They even close tables because they say they don't have enough staff to serve everyone. It's not worth the money or the hype about A2B.
