I believe many of the reviews here are paid or boosted. I paid 10k for installation and leak fixing, but the work was never completed properly. When I tried to reach the mechanic for follow up, he was unavailable. In the end, Urban Company resolved my issues and provided a 6 month warranty. I wouldn't recommend trusting this service.

I'm disappointed with the service. After each visit, I expected no issues for at least three months, but I had to follow up multiple times and spent around 2.5k each visit. Unfortunately, due to ongoing problems, I had to buy a new air conditioner. I hope you improve your work efficiency in the future.

Their response was very prompt and the service was super fast. They attended to our service request on the same day. The service charge is very reasonable. My AC wasn't cooling at all, but now, after the service, its original cooling is back! The technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with their support.

Additionally, the shop offered extra services, including maintenance tips to keep my AC unit in good condition, and explained the warranty coverage for the repair work done.
