The Bata showroom in T Nagar has a good collection and great service. The manager, Mr. Sarvanan, patiently listens to customer questions and acts quickly. Good service from him.

I'm very disappointed with the product I bought from the well-known brand Bata. The outer layer of the shoes started coming off even though I haven't used them once. They won't return the product, saying it's too late for non used items.
