I had a great experience with Bluestone. I looked for plain gold designs at other stores but found the best option here because of their custom design service. Mohammad Sannan at the Velachery branch gave us good advice on our purchase. Try them out.

Worst customer service. The staff doesn’t provide proper details about the products or their pricing. They don’t call back with updates, even if you’re interested in buying. Even after visiting the store multiple times, they still say they need to check. Poor service.

The Bluestone store in Velachery doesn’t have a large collection. The staff is good, but there aren’t many varieties. Also, the prices are too high, even for small pieces of 18kt gold jewelry.
