One of the best pet shops in Thane. They offer prompt service and good products. We regularly groom our golden retriever at Bon Bella, and their prices and service are great. The staff is polite and knowledgeable.

A wonderful place for your pets. The team takes great care of your fur babies and went out of their way to accommodate my requests while my pet was boarded there. A big thanks to the team for their constant updates and helpful advice on pet care, even before I brought my pet home.

I've been visiting them for 2 years now. Bhavesh does a great job. This side of Thane really needed a pet store and boarding place like this. I wish they had more bath accessories for small dogs, like ear bands to keep water out of their ears or a small stool for bathing. They do have a good collection of treats.

One of the best pet stores in Thane. I’ve used almost all their services, like day and night boarding, spa, and grooming. Highly recommend. The staff is very good and friendly. I’ve been going there since they opened a few years ago and never had any complaints.

My dog came back from Bon Bella with kennel cough and was suffering a lot. The vet said he needed a 10-day intensive treatment or he might have developed severe pneumonia. Bon Bella’s lack of concern for pet safety and health during boarding is shocking. The owner's casual attitude towards our situation was upsetting. Avoid this negligent place.
