The last time I took my pet for grooming, I had to wait for an hour, and the groomer was rude and just walked away. When I spoke to the receptionist, he said the groomer would be back after lunch, making me wait a total of three hours. I tried to book another appointment, but it seems they only serve regular customers. Overall, very poor service.
