Finding this hotel in Phoenix Mall is difficult as there are no signboards. Even the receptionist agreed with this. The hot and cold water mix in the bathroom is not working properly. You only get either too hot or normal water. The overall experience is not worth the price they charge.

I had a great stay at Boulevard Chennai. The ambiance is amazing, and the rooms are spacious with one of the biggest restrooms I’ve ever seen. A big plus is the mall attached to the hotel. I enjoyed walking around the mall, with plenty of food options and a theater to watch movies. My entire 3-day stay was fun and definitely value for money.

I had a very bad experience at Boulevard. There was a cockroach on the croissants during breakfast, and I found a hair in my omelette. When we complained, we only got a Sorry for the inconvenience response. We stayed for two days, and both mornings at 9:30 AM there was a power outage that lasted 15 minutes, which also stopped the water supply in the bathroom. The room was not clean, and we even found a cigarette packet left by the previous guest. There weren't enough toiletries, and the corridor smelled like cooking. The hotel is located in the parking area of a mall. I would never recommend this place.
