The hotel and staff are good, but avoid booking discounted cruise activities through them. They charge more than you would pay elsewhere. Also, they don’t provide a complimentary water bottle. It’s better to look for other hotel options.

I had a great stay at Hotel Casa Almeida. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to visit the main attractions of the city.

The rooms are average, with water leaking from the ceiling. The pool is unavailable because of construction, there’s no hot water, and the air conditioning didn’t work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
