The showroom is very nice, and the designs are unique, modern, and stylish. The staff is helpful in guiding customers to choose the right jewelry. They currently have a scheme for exchanging old gold items with 100% value. All their jewelry is hallmarked, and the owner gives proper advice and suggestions based on your needs. I am very happy with their service and would recommend Shobha Jewellers, Panjim, to all my family and friends.

When selling products, they are very friendly and try their best to convince you, but that's the biggest trap. Once you buy something and want to return or exchange it, they refuse by saying they don't have a return or exchange policy. If they do accept a return, they take 60% of the product's value, even if you try to sell it after 3-4 years. They claim that prices have dropped due to smaller diamonds and lower making charges. The staff, especially the lady at the main counter, is rude and arrogant. I would suggest you avoid Shobha Jeweller in Panjim and try other stores like Shivkrupa Jeweller or Caratlane, which have better policies and clear communication. I will never visit that shop again.
